SUPOR – Rebranding for a Younger Audience
Although SUPOR is a household name in China’s kitchenware industry, it was losing younger consumers to brands with more visually appealing and lifestyle-driven designs. I conducted field research and online surveys to understand the disconnect and helped develop a strategy to reposition the brand. To recapture younger audiences, SUPOR collaborated with the iconic Doraemon IP, where I played a key role in designing a new logo, graphics, and packaging. By balancing SUPOR’s bold and minimalistic identity with the playfulness of Doraemon, I ensured the new designs resonated with both SUPOR’s legacy and modern consumer trends.
